2025 Chapter Program Funding Application

  • Thank you for applying for 2025 Chapter Program funding. We’re eager to read your proposal for how your chapter will use these funds to increase the awareness of PAS and create new experiences for your chapter membership. Funding proposals for events, special projects and initiatives will be accepted. All awarded moneys are available for use between September 1 and December 31, 2025.

    A few notes:

    - Since responses in this form cannot be saved for later completion, it is recommended that you draft your responses in a separate document first, only completing this form when the entire application is ready for submission.

    - Please keep your responses within the indicated word limits and and note that asterisks indicate required questions

    - If you are proposing multiple projects, please submit separate applications for each.

    - For US chapter event proposals, funds will be paid directly to artists, facilities, or vendors, according to our chapter payment system. If you have any questions about processing payment, please contact us.

    - All funding recipients will be required to file follow up reports regarding how funds were used and the impact their usage had on the event. This information will be used in consideration of future funding requests.

    - PAS will not award funding for events being run by outside organizations. The purpose of this funding is for our chapters to create experiences for the percussion community under our own banner. Chapters are welcome to use their own accounts to assist other organizations in these types of endeavors.

We look forward to reviewing your application. Thank you!
